PaTMa Property Manager FAQs

Yes. PaTMa Property Manager fully supports HMO properties, either rented by the room/unit or on a single tenancy. Council aware licensing, fire regulation and other HMO specific compliance information and reminders are also included.

Yes. PaTMa Property Manager supports tenancy periods suitable for commercial properties. All tracking, rent, and reminder features are compatible with commercial properties. There are currently no commercial property specific compliance helpers and some processes that are residential specific will not apply.

Yes.

Yes. Account cancellation is available online and takes immediate effect. If you cancel within the first 30 days please contact us for a full refund. I'm afraid we do not provide a refund for any unused period of pre-paid subscription.

Yes. The per-unit price decreases after your first five units to just £1.50 per unit per month. Please contact us for portfolios over 100 units.

Yes. PaTMa is registered with the ICO as a data controller for your data and a data processor for your tenant's data. All servers are in the UK and your data does not cross any borders.

Yes. All PaTMa systems are well maintained with security patches applied promptly and we regularly perform security tests against our systems. All communications with the PaTMa systems use industry standard encryption. Further more all confidential uploaded documents are stored encrypted on disk.

We run automated nightly backups to a separate site and regularly test our disaster recover process. Please note this does not cover accidental data deletion by customers.

Yes. We don't believe in locking you in. There's a full data extract tool built into PaTMa that provides all your data as a collection of plain text files along with any uploaded documents.
