Record an Offer
Overview
Property Prospector allows you to keep track of offers, conversations, and viewings on your prospects.
It's very easy to record an offer on a property you are working with.
Get Started
Select the property from your Shortlist and load the Journal tab.
Click Add Offer and fill out the form:
- Date - the date of the offer.
- Amount - the amount offered.
- Result - the result of the offer (choose Unknown if no decision was made yet).
- Notes - Anything else you need to keep track of.
Click Save to log the offer. It will be stored in the Journal for the property.
💡 You can edit an existing offer when the status changes by clicking the Edit icon on the right side of the log in the Journal.
