Download Rent Records
Overview
PaTMa allows you to view a log of rent tranactions within the app itself, or download it in spreadsheet format.

Viewing Rent Transactions
First, select the relevant property from your Portfolio.
Next, open the Tenancies tab and click the eyeball icon next to the tenancy you want to view rent payments for.
On the Tenancy overview, click Rent.
Any stored information about rent will be displayed, including the amount and schedule, and all logged payments to date.
Downloading Transaction Records
The rent logs can be downloaded in .xls or .csv format.
After navigating as above to the Rent tab for the relevant tenancy, download options are provided for your preferred format.
